Confidence in your floor begins with knowing where its materials come from — and who stands behind it.
We visit harvest areas in person to verify that the veneers used in our engineered wood flooring are legally harvested and transported. Our sourcing commitment covers 100% of these veneers.
We are implementing procedures aligned with FSC Controlled Wood requirements to strengthen our due diligence and support compliance with the U.S. Lacey Act and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
100% of the PVC resin powder used in our LVP and SPC flooring is imported from the United States. This sourcing policy forms part of our approach to responsible supply chains and supports our efforts to meet the U.S. Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) requirements.
Our flooring complies with applicable product-emissions requirements in the U.S. and European markets where it is sold. Emissions compliance is part of our commitment to product quality and responsible manufacturing.
We take responsibility for manufacturing defects in our flooring. If a concern arises, we work with you to assess the issue and resolve confirmed manufacturing defects.
